When I was out looking for apartments, I downloaded a lot of rental apps. I used this one the most often. I love the easy layout and the detailed options.

Super useful app with tons of apartment listings. I love that you can filter by commute location!

Fast, easy, and narrows the search beautifully

What a great tool for looking for housing within a reasonable travel time from work for each mode of travel. One glitch with the travel time boundary not locking on the workplace address.

I love this app! It helps me easily find rentals in areas within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and recreation--which is the most important aspect for me in a rental. I love how the intuitive interface makes searching simple and clicking through to properties. The only thing I wish it had was a way to save a search and notification feature for newly listed properties matching that search!

Love the commute search, only way to look for a new apartment for a dedicated transit rider. Thank you!

Stumbled into this app while literally googling different store locations while trying to get an idea of where I was and proximity to the places I want to be and, like magic ---this app is everything I want in an app and more

There is a giant black bar on the bottom of the screen on my iPhone 6 plus. Also, some parts of the interface are non responsive, like the buttons to Apply/Reset/Cancel when setting up a commute based apartment search. This essentially leaves the app unusable.

Seems easy to use. I need a place. Im homeless. :/

This application has potential but is riddled with bugs and most links dont work - even those to "pages" within the application! The key feature Id expect to be available is the map showing restaurants, grocery stores, etc.; it is not! Really? This idea / application has so much potential... Which is the only reason I gave it two stars vs. one; this version is pathetic and was not ready for release.

Cant get full page view on iPad. Reset/cancel commands dont respond. A waste of the time it took to download app! Ill stick with website--which is mostly connected with larger rental property owners etc. but at least its usable.

Difficult to figure out how to change the search location

Walkability is super important to me. So I live on this app. Its great to use when choosing a new place to live or hotel for vacation. I wish it showed the crime rate like website.

On both the desktop site and this app, the developers have chosen to eliminate Walk Scores most useful feature -- the ability to survey a city by navigating the heat map, to get a quick overview of which neighborhoods are good for living without a car. Now you can only see a static map of a neighborhood, zoomed out and difficult to interpret. You also cant layer the heat map with other layers. Seriously, what is the point? Hotpads has a cleaner interface, and isnt as buggy.

Helpful for when youre newer to an area and need to know whats close to you

This app is changing how people pick where to live! After being on it for only a few hrs it would be great if there was a way to just click on a map and get the walk score instantly for that area.

1. Need to filter for more factors: how many bathrooms, parking provided?, washer/dryer in unit? 2. Need to provide walkscores for places for sale as well as rentals

The website redirects me to load this useless app. Useless piece of junk
