Great website whether you are planning your community, improving your community or encouraging your community residents to use public transit or enjoy where you live. Use it to compare your neighbouring communities. It can, therefore, make you healthier, too!

When you want to move somewhere where you can walk instead of driving everywhere, this app is essential.

I like the idea of this app but it still needs work. It frequently crashes and many of the descriptions dont match the listings.

The ease in navigating properties and contacting landlords is impressive. A large amount of listings and good amount of photos for the properties.

Every listing I contacted about pricing or availability was either inaccurate or didnt exist. Very frustrating-

This app is alright. It seems to have a couple of pretty significant glitches. 1. It brings up properties from other provinces. For example I am in Edmonton Alberta and I clicked on a property shown on the map and it was all in French. It soon disappeared and I googled the address and it was actually in Quebec. 2. You can choose a filter to select only pet friendly properties. I found one I really liked, clicked "contact" and it took me to the kijiji add where it listed it was NOT pet friendly. :( 3. The map doesnt show the correct address. On the main map screen it will have a pin for example say 100ave and 100st. When you open the property it lists the address and it actually is at 124ave and 77th street. The app is good to show you available listings but is not accurate on the location or pet friendly options :( PLEASE FIX.

Awesome app. Would have been five stars but it needs to show na icon for rail stations and provide the ability to set email notifications like the website.

If you are moving to a new area or even just looking for a new rental in your current area, this application is wonderful. It lays everything out geographically on a map so visually you have the best idea of what is surrounding your new place. Easy to use and full of information to help you make an informed dedication and easily compare multiple listings at once. Love that it has the pet friendly symbol so you are not having to read each listing and then getting your hopes up!

Does the job. Filters actually work. This is the I only app of its kind I use.

The app itself works fine, but I believe the algorithm used by walkscore must have changed recently. I noticed huge changes in scores from a couple of weeks ago and huge inconsistency. It does not make sense to be 44 at one location and 60 at a location 30 metres away. A 30 second walk brings you from a car dependant neighbourhood to a fairly walkable one! I was using the app for neighbourhoods in the Toronto area and found this inconsistency all over the place.

text and photos sizes are too big for ipad screen, unable to read complete text, also unable to go to landscape only available in portrait mode. You need to go on internet search engine to be able to see the complete text and picture, the app for ipad is unuseable

Needs to be updated when houses are already rented out.
