Very Inconsistent Results

The app itself works fine, but I believe the algorithm used by walkscore must have changed recently. I noticed huge changes in scores from a couple of weeks ago and huge inconsistency. It does not make sense to be 44 at one location and 60 at a location 30 metres away. A 30 second walk brings you from a car dependant neighbourhood to a fairly walkable one! I was using the app for neighbourhoods in the Toronto area and found this inconsistency all over the place.
